Oldcastle Precast offers a variety of products designed to reduce harmful pollutants in storm water runoff to the nation's valuable surface waters.

  Grease Interceptors & Traps

Grease interceptors are effective in grease removal, along with decreasing maintenance costs and deterioration of collection systems. These interceptors protect septic systems and sewage lines from plugging and failing. Septic and holding tanks are available for industrial and commercial uses in capacities of 500 gallons or larger. Custom configurations are also available.
  Oil / Water Separators

Our oil/water separators intercept grease and oil in storm water runoff and are available in a wide range of sizes and styles and are easily installed aboveground and underground. The separators use enhanced coalescing and gravitational separation to improve the separation process and reduce the frequency of maintenance and cleaning.
  Sand Filters

Sand filters trap sediments from runoff water, solve particle separation problems and lower phosphate levels. Each filter can be sized to match your application, thereby making processing and maintaining more efficient. Our sand filters feature a high-flow bypass and comply with underground structure requirements. Most can be installed in one day. Oldcastle offers both perimeter style and underground sand filters to provide options depending on your site requirements.
 

Package Wastewater Plants & Commercial Onsite Systems

Oldcastle Precast uses patented Algaewheel® technology as part of decentralized wastewater treatment systems.  Oldcastle offers the Maxpac™ Package Plant for applications requiring tertiary treatment for reuse, surface or subsurface discharge.  Maxpac™ is designed to be low-energy and low-maintenance.  Oldcastle offers Algaewheel’s Bacpac® system for pretreatment applications requiring waste strength reductions for subsurface discharge.

  Septic Systems

Precast septic products offer a safe, reliable alternative to other material sewage treatment methods. Our distribution boxes, flow diffusers, holding tanks leach pits, septic tanks protects against leakage & reducing contamination concerns. Our regional North East factories work with their local state regulatory agencies and engineering firms in developing new septic products and methods for that market.
