Stairs Beams and Columns 

Stairs

Stairway walls, floors, landings and steps are all precast concrete components that can be provided as part of the Oldcastle Precast Building System. Precast concrete stairs can provide immediate access during construction and are an essential component in the circulation and egress systems of most buildings.

Beams

Beams are horizontal components that support precast hollowcore or solid slab flooring. They can be prestressed or conventionally reinforced. This depends on the span lengths and loads. These structural pieces are typically rectangular, L-shaped or inverted tee shaped.

Columns

Columns typically support beams and wall panels in total precast building systems. They can be cast to span multiple floors and are typically square or rectangular.
