Oldcastle Precast, located in Nampa, ID, established at its current location in 1984. In 2007, through a major plant expansion the production facility increased to 50,000 ft. The production area now encloses a computerized batch plant. Two 15-ton, one 20-ton, one 10-ton, and one 5-ton bridge crane, all manufacturing processes, a coring and channeling area, a MBK cage machine, and a newly automated Hawkeye pipe machine.
In 2008 Amcor replaced its local trade name with its corporate name, Oldcastle Precast. Along with a full line of concrete pipe and manhole products, Oldcastle Precast produces utility vaults, catch basin products, box culvert, 3-sided bridges with spans up to 35 ft, and a wide variety of custom precast concrete products.
All manufactured products use a mix design that typically reaches strengths of over 4,500 psi in seven days. Many products can be shipped the next day. Registered engineering for all of the Northwestern States, and an in-house CAD design technician is available to assist you in fulfilling your special requirements for your custom precast project. All precast products are manufactured under a strict quality control program. An on-site maintainance program keeps our equipment running at peak performance.
Our facility is NPCA and ACPA certified. Being a member of the Oldcastle family allows us the resources to tackle the most demanding projects.
