CarbonCast® Wall Panels
CarbonCast Wall Panels are comprised of two concrete wythes separated by rigid foam board insulation, and connected by C-GRID™ carbon fiber shear trusses. CarbonCast® High Performance Insulated Wall Panels use the patented C-GRID epoxy-coated carbon fiber trusses for shear transfer to achieve a fully structurally composite panel. The C-GRID is over four times stronger and less thermally conductive than conventional wythe connectors. |
